70MHz IF Module 701197
70 MHz module conditions low (-40db) to high (+10db) input to 0 to +10db output
Description:
The 1U size IF Module is an Intermediate Frequency device that provides attenuation or gain of 70MHz signals. It provides a 30 MHz bandwidth and can accept signals as low as -40db or as high as +10db. It is designed to output +10db signal level with minimum harmonic distortion.
All controls are located on the front panel and I/O is on the backpanel. I/O consists of a single input and 7 replicated outputs. Also included is a 70 MHz reference signal output.
Indicators include a 4 character 7 segment display which indicates INPUT or OUTPUT power in tenths of db, as selected by a front panel switch. Display intensity is controlled by a 3 position switch (HIGH, MED, OFF). ATTENUATION and GAIN are controlled independently by potentiometers on the front panel. OVER POWER indicators flash when INPUT or OUTPUT enter an over range condition.
This module is designed for use in the Technisys 701180-1D, laptop size chassis.
Features:
• Low harmonic distortion
• Fits in a single slot of laptop size 1U chassis.
• Provides 7 outputs plus refernec frequency
• Front panel controls and indicators
