Descripition:
These panels were developed to eliminate the need for special “octopus” cables, which are expensive to fabricate, can be unreliable due to their fragility and are awkward to install. Those special cables can also cause maintenance nightmares because a single connector or cable defect necessitates replacement of the entire cable assembly. By using EDT Interface panels, you can install standard pin to pin cables because the transition from the SCSI connector to twinax is made inside these products.

EDT 701060
Capable of interfacing (4) EDT cards through 80 pin high density SCSI connector. Signals include 4 channels of DATA and CLOCK for each card. The interface includes a 50 pin box header to which these signals also are connected.

Capable of interfacing (2) EDT cards through 80 pin high density SCSI connector. Signals include 4 channels of DATA and CLOCK for each card. The interface includes a 50 pin box header to which these signals also are connected.

Interfaces 68 pin high density SCSI connector to 8 Channels of DATA and CLOCK, plus 16 channels of AMI at E1 or T1 rate. Four channels of AMI at E3 or T3 rate are interfaced with 15 position, receptacle connector.

This space saving 1U sized package interfaces 68 pin high density SCSI connector 16 channels of AMI at E1 or T1 rate or 8 channels of DATA and CLOCK (701225-1). Four channels of AMI at E3 or T3 rate are interfaced with 15 position receptacle connector.
