Kaya Instruments “Komodo II“ CoaXPress 2.0 Frame Grabber | CXP2, 12G, 2CH

The 2 channel Kaya Komodo II (KY-CXP-12G-2CH-PCIe3x8) can receive video streams from up to 2 CoaXPress links in single, dual or quad modes. Each link supports standard CoaXPress bitrates of up to 12.5 Gbps including 13W PoCXP.

The Komodo II 2CH is compatible with CoaXPress 12G links and communicates with computer memory via PCIe Generation 3 with 8 lanes. This frame grabber includes GPIO for machine control signals, such as triggers, shaft encoders, exposure control and general I/O, independent of video stream acquisition. 

The Komodo II uses standard Micro-BNC connectors as a CoaXPress interface to the camera and a standard HD DB26 D-sub panel mount connector for general purpose I/O.
