Gidel HawkEye-Net fiber frame grabber with Arria 10 FPGA has four SFP+ ports for 40 Gbps throughput and custom camera possibilities. The HawkEye series offers a number of options to accommodate diverse application needs, from plug-and-play high-performance frame grabbers to a full system solution that comprises acquisition, open-FPGA image processing, and a flexible custom camera interface.

The Remote Camera Link Fiber-Optic (RCLF) extension system allows frame acquisition from a remote camera at a distance of up to 40 km without repeaters. A remote camera connects directly to the RCLF module, which transmits the camera image over fiber optic cable.

The Gidel ProcVision Developer’s Suite includes CertifEye Templates for instant debugging and validation of FPGA image processing IP(s) and your ISP pipeline, FPGA’s Gidel Imaging Library (GIL), ProcFG frame grabber application.

The Gidel ProcFG software is a frame grabber system that allows  capture of a image data stream. It also performs image processing, and can offload full image data or Regions of Interest (ROIs) to the host computer.

Gidel InfiniVision Software is used for simultaneous grabbing from multiple frame grabbers attached to different camera types and of different image sizes.

The Gidel HawkEye-MIPI frame grabber supports up to six MIPI cameras.
