We also share information about your use of our website with our social media, advertising and analytics partners. This site uses different types of cookies. Some cookies are placed by third parties that appear on our pages. Our partners may combine this information with other data that you have provided to them or that they have collected as part of your use of the services.

This website uses Google Analytics, which can be used to analyze, among other things, which websites are visited more often or how the website structure is accepted by the users. Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website by Google, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

This website uses analysis tools that track the activities of visitors and interested parties on our website and landing pages by setting cookies in your browser. Cookies are set to remember preferences (such as form field values) when a visitor returns to our website. No personally identifying information is stored, just a unique identifier. We analyze the user and click behavior on our website in order to better tailor our communication to customer needs.

Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Ads will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Every time you visit our website, personal data (your IP address) is transferred to Google in the USA. Our website uses Google Remarketing and thus web analysis services from Google. With Google Remarketing, interest-based advertisements are shown to you as a visitor to the website as part of the Google advertising network. Google Remarketing uses cookies for this. These text files are saved on your computer. This means that you can be recognized as a visitor as soon as you call up a page that is part of the Google advertising network. On these pages, you as a visitor can in turn be shown advertising.

We use Google Tag Manager, a solution that enables marketers to manage website tags from one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in effect for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

This website uses the online marketing tool Campaign Manager 360 from Google, or similar. Campaign Manager 360 uses cookies to show ads that are relevant to users, to improve reports on campaign performance or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are shown in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, Campaign Manager 360 can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a Campaign Manager ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, Campaign Manager cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data that is collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating Campaign Manager 360, Google receives the information that you are using. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out your IP address and save it. In addition, the Campaign Manager 360 cookies enable us to understand whether you are performing certain actions on our website after you have accessed or clicked one of our display / video ads on Google or on another platform via Campaign Manager (conversion tracking ). Campaign Manager 360 uses this cookie to understand the content you have interacted with on our website in order to be able to send you targeted advertising later.

We use the reCAPTCHA function from Google on this website. This function is primarily used to distinguish whether an input is made by a natural person or is improperly made by machine and automated processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google and is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our web offers from abusive automated spying and SPAM. When using Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transmitted to Google's servers in the USA.

The so-called insight tag of the social network LinkedIn is used on our website. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a small piece of JavaScript code that we added to our website. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data on visits to our website, including the URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties (user agent) and time stamps. This data is encrypted, the IP addresses are shortened and the direct IDs of the members are removed in order to anonymize the data.

LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, it only provides summarized reports on website target audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also offers retargeting for website visitors so that we can use this data to display targeted advertising outside of its website without the member being identified.

So-called "social plugins" are used on parts of our website (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, XING, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Via these plugins, data, including personal data, can be sent to US service providers and, if necessary, used by them. We do not collect any personal data by means of the social plugins or through their use.

We have integrated components from the Internet video portal YouTube on this website. The "extended data protection mode" option provided by YouTube is used here.

By calling up a website from us on which a YouTube video is integrated, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. By clicking on the video, you consent to this transmission. If the person concerned is logged on to a YouTube user account at the same time, the call to the website will be recognized. The information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.
